Refund-related communications, including emails and transactional text messages, will comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act (e.g., accurate headers, physical address) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for transactional SMS. 2. Conditions for a Refund

Non-Usage: You must not have accessed or downloaded more than 10% of the video tutorial content (e.g., 1 out of 10 videos or 10% of total runtime), as tracked by our system analytics. This ensures the product remains substantially unused.

Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues (e.g., inability to access videos) that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of your report to our support team, you are eligible for a full refund. We will make good-faith efforts to address reported issues promptly.

Dissatisfaction: If the video tutorials do not meet your expectations (e.g., content not as described), you may request a refund within 7 days, provided you have engaged with less than 10% of the content. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under applicable laws, such as the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) or Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including in refund processing.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You have viewed or downloaded more than 10% of the content, as tracked by our system analytics, indicating significant use of the product.

  • The 7-day refund period has expired.

  • Your dissatisfaction stems from outcomes beyond our control (e.g., IRS decisions, your specific tax situation, or failure to apply the tutorial guidance), as our content is for educational purposes only, per our Terms of Service (Section 4) and Privacy Policy (Section 5).

  • You purchased the tutorials through a third-party platform, in which case their refund policy applies. Please review the third-party platform’s refund policy before purchasing.
